A. Accepting this agreement

Opening an account or playing with us means you agree to this Player Agreement.

B. Bonuses

Every offer follows our Offer Rules page.

Bonus funds, bonus spins and promotions each come with separate terms, set out on the Offer Rules page and within every individual offer. If an individual offer's terms conflict with the Offer Rules, the terms of that offer take priority.

C. Governing law

Canadian law applies to this agreement.

Ontario law, plus the Canadian federal laws in force there, controls these terms. You can play with us only if your home region permits online play. We follow Canadian standards to confirm each player's identity and age, and to stop money laundering.

D. Game rules and fair results

Each game shows its rules, and results are random.

Each game has an info or help screen listing its rules, paytable and payouts. Our digital games get every result from random number software, so the outcome can't be foreseen or changed by anyone. In live games, a real dealer runs a table we stream to you, and the result the studio records is final.

When a game or system fault occurs, every play and payout touched by it is void. For each voided round, we refund the stake.

E. Changes to this agreement

We tell you before changes take effect.

We update this agreement now and then when laws change, features are added or the way the site runs is adjusted. Every new version goes up with its date, and big changes reach you by email. Playing on after the change date means you accept the new version.

F. Deposits and withdrawals

Your balance is shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Depositing and withdrawing cost you nothing extra from us.

Deposit with Interac e-Transfer, Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal, Online Banking / Trustly, Paysafecard, MuchBetter, Payz (ecoPayz) or Jeton. The minimum deposit is C$10.

Withdrawals are available through Interac e-Transfer, Apple Pay, Online Banking / Trustly, Payz (ecoPayz) or Bank Wire / Transfer. The minimum cash-out is C$20, and the daily limit is C$25,000.

With most methods, your money reaches you somewhere between 1 and 4 hours.
Bank wire can need up to 12 hours.

Before your first deposit, we need to complete identity (KYC) and geolocation checks. We only pay withdrawals to payment methods that belong to you. Our Anti-Money Laundering Policy explains these checks in full.

G. Our liability

We stand behind what we control, within what the law allows.

If you lose out because of internet outages, trouble with your device or third-party services outside our control, we cannot be held liable. These terms do not take away any legal protection that the law says cannot be excluded.

H. Intellectual property

The site and its content belong to us or our partners.

Our name, logos, games, text and graphics are for your personal use while playing. Please do not copy, sell or reuse them.

I. Complaints

Write to us by email, and we will check what happened.

Write to [email protected] with your username, what happened and when. We confirm we have it, check the facts and reply by email with our findings.

J. Prohibited conduct

Play fair, play honest, play as yourself.

Bots, scripts and automated play software are not allowed.
No teaming up with other players.
No false details or someone else's payment method.
No money laundering or fraud.
No exploiting faults in games or offers.

If any of these turn up, we may put the account on hold or shut it, and withhold or cancel any winnings.

K. Who can play
